Having been confronted with these questions several times, we are able to advise the entrepreneur at eye level and put ourselves in their position as well as that of the buyer.
Through a multi-stage process, we develop a professionally sound sales presentation for the client and identify the most suitable partner, both from a financial perspective and in terms of character.
Our focus in M&A selling mandates is on owner-managed companies with a corporate value between €5.0 million and €20.0 million that are seeking a (partial) sale to financial investors or strategists.
EXPERIENCE
We ask for your understanding that, for reasons of discretion, we do not mention any clients by name on our website. We are happy to explain the projects to you in detail in a personal meeting and, after consultation, establish reference contacts with clients.
